Bobee Diaper and Wipes Dispenser Review and Giveaway

All moms of infants have been there before.  Ever surface in your diaper changing area covered with one thing or another.  Blankets, lotions, toys, books or maybe clothes.  The tiniest member of the family usually takes up the most space.  I posted about this very issue back in August with Someplace to Stuff my Fluff.  It's frustrating at times and can bit a bit overwhelming, but so much of motherhood can be overwhelming.

Stacy Harfert had this same problem, but instead of just making do, she changed the game and invented the Bobee Diaper and Wipes Dispenser.  Stacy states on the Bobee website, "I invented the Bobee Diaper and Wipe Dispenser. I needed something to hold diapers and wipes where they were convenient, but also out of the way. As a new mom, I had my hands full and limited space. Every surface, it seemed, was taken up by something already. A wall-mounted dispenser was exactly what I needed."

The Messy House was lucky enough to get the diaper stacker to review.  You know that this messy place needs all the help as it can get with clutter.  When I first got the Bobee, my family came down with that awful stomach flu.  This caused me to set the box aside and of course deal with my sick children and husband.  After a week of everyone feeling better I asked Mr. Messy to hang it up while I was at work.  Okay, if you know my husband then you know that he doesn't really know what tools are.  He doesn't "hang" up things or put things together here at the Messy House.  I handle this stuff.  I knew however that he would be home without any children and should be able to take a few hours if needed to get this done.  I however would have to wait for 5 days before both of us were home, giving me a chance to hang it up without holding the 10 month old.  Mr. Messy was able to hang it up on the wall in 5 minutes.  He may not be great with tools but he isn't a liar and he's not shy about his shortfalls when it comes to tools.  He said it was nothing to put it up.

My favorite part was decorating it.   You get 5 sheets of decals to choose from.  Large and small dots in 5 different colors:  brown, pink, blue, green and yellow.  I love that the decals are removable, so if you position it and don't like it, you can always move it or completely remove it.

Now, it's just time to fill it.  We filled it with about 25 size 4 diapers and some generic wipes.  I use disposable and cloth diapers and wipes.  You can find out why in several of my earlier posts.  The diaper caddy is great for mamas like me or strictly disposable or strictly cloth mamas.  Cloth mamas can use the Bobee for inserts.

I really like how you can tell when you are running low on diapers.  See in the picture above there is a slot that you can tell when you need to run out and get some more diapers or do a load of laundry.

I can't say enough good things about the Bobee!  I just love it!  I do have 1 word of advice for you though.  I am very short, only 5 feet tall, so when hanging up the Bobee on the wall my husband had to make sure I could comfortably reach it.  This has made it pretty easy for FB to reach the wipes that are hanging at the bottom.  So, that can make diaper changing time a bit challenging.  It is still so awesome to have!  Since I brought up wipes, I might as well tell you that the wipes I have been using (generic and not generic) have not dried out from being open at all, so there's no need to worry about that.

One lucky winner will win a Bobee Diaper and Wipes Dispenser (rv $49.99).  This contest is open to the U.S. and you must be 18+ to win.   Enter using the RC form below.  Good luck!

I love that it can be used for cloth inserts and wipes. So many products are geared toward disposable users only.

This looks very handy. My 5 month old is turning over more now, and even with the buckle on the changer, she still manages to turn over on the changing table as soon as I turn to get a diaper and such. This would help with that and I love easy it is to customize. :)

It looks very useful!

I love that this keeps everything in ONE specific place so you aren't running around looking for wipes when you need them. I also like that this is a compact item so there aren't a million diapers sitting everywhere. Finally, I like that it makes it so easy to see when you are running low. It isn't fun to be surprised when you are out of diapers.
