Manna Organics Bread Review and Giveaway

If you are a follower of this blog, you know that recently I have decided to make several lifestyle changes. One of those changes included eating healthier, more natural foods.  You can see my post about the change in Challenge Accepted.  When I heard about Manna Organics "Sprouted for Life" I had to check it out.  They agreed to send me their top breads to review.   Here is what you will find on the website:

"MANNA BREAD ®
Welcome to our bakery! Home of the best vegan organic Gluten Free breads, vegan organic yeast-free sprouted breads, raw organic trail mixes, artisan sourdough breadsand organic ingredients.

Manna Organics, LLC is a family owned and operated bakery. All our products are vegan, kosher, organic and carefully hand-made. Our signature product is the fully sprouted MANNA BREAD®, cake-like, free of salt, no oils, no sweeteners, no leavening agents. Manna bread is moist and delicious, high in protein and fiber. Sold in the USA and Canada, in the Frozen Foods section."

I was sent the Millet Rice; Cinnamon Date; Fig, Fennel and Flax (a new flavor); and Gluten Free Open Sesame.  I was a little shocked at their size, they are much smaller than a regular loaf of sandwich bread that you will find at the grocery.  I did look to see that the ounces were not that different, these breads are solid, they are thick, they aren't full of air.

The Cinnamon Date was certainly my favorite.  I would find myself toasting a few slices for the family in the morning for breakfast.  It is so sweet and you can taste the chunks of dates.  FB would actually scream at me to give her more of it when she was finished with what I had given to her.

My favorite part of Manna Organics is that it's 100% natural.  Here are the ingredients listed for the Fig, Fennel and Flax:

Sprouted organic wheat kernels, filtered water, organic black mission figs (diced figs, organic oat flour), organic flax seeds, organic fennel seeds, organic poppy seeds, organic pumpkin seeds, organic sunflower seeds, organic sesame seeds.

Each week Manna Organic offers a discount on their Facebook page.  Make sure to take advantage of this discount!  I don't think these breads are only for "health nuts."  I think anyone would like these breads that are naturally sweet and flavorful.

One lucky winner will receive one of each of the flavors I received:  Cinnamon Date; Fig, Fennel and Flax; Millet Rice; and Gluten Free Open Sesame.  This contest is only open to the Continental U.S. and you must be 18+.  Enter using the RC form below.  Good luck!
