My grandmother died in June. She loved roses and the color purple. Her casket was covered in purple roses. It's a sad memory but everytime I see purple roses, I think of her and smile.

I remember the first time I received roses. I was about 16 and my new boyfriend sent them. I don't remember the name of the boyfriend, but I remember the roses

Mine is a sad memory. My grandpa liked yellow roses, I can't recall the reason as to why, but when he passed away when I was younger, his casket was covered by yellow roses. It's a sad memory, but seeing a yellow rose reminds me of him and the fond times we had when he was still around. :)

I remember the first time I got roses from a boyfriend. He picked my car up while I was working. He washed, detailed it, & left me a dozen roses. It was so sweet.
