Lässig Diaper Bag Review

As FB is getting a little older (she just turned 1) I can start to focus more on me.  I don't want to say that I've let myself go but I have gotten to know the more natural side of me.  There is nothing at all wrong with it.  Not only have I gotten to know myself, I've learned to love me as just me.

With that said, I can get back to telling you how I can focus on me again.  I will be shifting focus from baby to mom on this blog.  Not that I won't be letting you know about wonderful baby products and products for your other little ones but I am turning the focus to us moms.  We'll be looking into style, beauty, and health. 

 

My first style review happens to be for moms.  Lässig, a sister company of Moby, sent me a beautiful diaper bag to review.  The Brief Snake bag in Beige was the one I received.  Oh, talk about fashion meets function.  I have had the Brief Snake bag for about a month now and love to carry it to church.  Since it's the only place I go right now with this cold weather.  I love to put on a pretty dress and throw this bag on my arm.

A funny note about my review is that when I first received the Brief I was checking into all the cool features and the tag stated it had a changing pad.  Well, I couldn't find the changing pad and was completely disappointed that maybe I happened to get one without it and I would have to state that in my review.  I have been lucky enough to not have to write a bad review yet but I'm sure it's bound to happen eventually.  Not the case!  Seriously, the changing pad is hidden in a zippered pocket on the bottom of the bag.  Go ahead and take your time getting in your laugh, I know I laughed about it for a good 5 minutes. 

The main compartment is large and has plenty of room for all your baby's needs.  The insulated bottle holder is pretty awesome since it really keeps your bottle warm but you can hang it on the outside of the bag if you need a little extra space inside.    Speaking of needing extra space, the removable compartment for jars is AWESOME!  It is wonderful to keep your baby food in an easy to access space but now that FB doesn't need to have food and bottles taken around with us I can take that out. 

 

I like the additional adjustable shoulder strap but I have chosen not to use it.  It's very convenient and it makes it easier to carry but I love to have this beautiful bag in the crook of my arm.  I feel more like a woman when I have this bag with me than a mom.  Every now and then you must remember you, right?

 

Lässig has so many diaper bags that are stylish!  I strongly suggest that you take the time to look at Lässig and find the right bag for your style.  Especially if you have been unsuccessful in the past and combining your style with your baby.  It's really hard to be a fashionable woman while still being a great mom, Lässig makes it a little easier for us.
