LSTN Bowery Headphones Review and Giveaway

Recently LSTN sent me a pair of Bowery In Ear Headphones to try out.  I wasn't sure why they chose wood as the material to use.  That question can be answered on LSTN's website:
"Why wood you ask?
Why are guitars, violins, drums, pianos, etc made out of wood, but headphones aren't? Our unique wooden chambers are a huge contributor to the warm and natural sound of LSTN headphones.
LSTN is also environmentally friendly – we aren't out chopping down trees to create our products. The reclaimed wood we use is sourced from furniture and flooring companies. Specifically, it's the small otherwise discarded scraps that are left over from their manufacturing process."

Mr. Messy loved these in-ear headphones and said they are by far the best pair he has ever had.  He said the quality of the sound cannot be compared to a regular pair of in-ear headphones.  If they are this good I wonder just how good the larger headphones they offer are.

The Bowery Headphones are not just great carriers of sound but they are also elegantly made and would make a wonderful gift to just about anyone on your list.  They are handcrafted, which means no two are the same.  You wouldn't believe the quality of these!  The cables are not covered with a plastic or rubber, they are wrapped in nylon.  The headphones offer passive noise isolation.  I'm not sure exactly what that means, but as I stated before, they offer the best quality of sound my husband has ever heard with in ear headphones.

LSTN doesn’t just create an awesome product, they also give back.
"At LSTN, we believe that what’s good for business should be good for the world.
When we started LSTN, our mission was to create a company that could create global change by providing high quality products that help fund hearing restoration and spread awareness for the global problem of hearing loss and hearing impairment. In other words, we didn’t just want to create beautifully designed products with incredible audio. We wanted to create something that could change the world.

I would give them to my 16n year old son. He is a musician and would appreciate the sound quality far more than I would, I'm sure :)
