High School seems like so long ago.  I just celebrated with my high school buddies being out of school for 15 years. 
 I don't know why we celebrate this, you have to be an adult once you graduate.  Anyway, I don't remember if I was voted Most Likely anything.  I was probably voted Most Likely to Never Stop Talking or perhaps Most Likely to Sleep All Day!
