Grove iPhone 5 Skate Case Review and Discount

Recently I, Messy Mama Amy, received the Grove Skate Case for the iPhone 5 to review.  There is so much character in this little case.  The Grove Skate Case has a history before you even get it.  Since most of you are parents I need to explain to you that this case is not designed to protect your iPhone.  If you drop your iPhone while in this case chances are you will cause harm to the iPhone.  This is not going to protect the iPhone from those little hands that belong to your children or the toilet when they decide to see if your iPhone can float.  This case is simply to add a little style to your iPhone and life.

"About the Case
  • A special collaboration with jewelry and accessories designer MapleXO
  • Made from upcycled skateboard material at the Grove workshop in Portland, OR
  • Colors vary because the sheets of skateboard material are formed into a solid block by hand
  • Re-enforced with a solid surface material core and topped with an actuated wooden power button
  • Hand-sanded and finished with citrus oil to make the vibrant colors really stand out"
I think this case is perfect for your teenage son (or daughter) who is a big skater.  If you have a young man in your life that likes the extremes sports they would probably appreciate it a little more than a young woman who is all about bling.  The case is smooth and is easy to install on my iPhone.  I love that it is made in the U.S.A. (100% made in Portland, OR) and helping to keep waste out of our landfills.
It is available both for your black iPhone 5 and white iPhone 5.

Yes, I really need to refinish my table top.

If you are interested in the Skate Case for the iPhone 5 or any other products from Grove use code "MessyMamaFans" for a 10% discount.  Don't wait too long though, it expires October 4, 2013.  Be sure to press the "apply" button after they put the discount code into the Discounts field at checkout.
